Dragon, Princess and I went to a free reptile show at the mall this afternoon, while Fairy was at camp. It was neat to see the different reptiles they had but unfortunately we were not able to hear most of the presentation. Between all the kids there talking and the high ceilings, it was just a constant buzzing of sound and the 2 reptile handlers just couldn't be loud enough to go over that noise...It was disappointing especially for Dragon who loves to hear about reptiles, but we will go and visit the store where these creatures came from and he can speak to the staff then.
One of the handlers did come around with some of the reptiles and we were able to pet them. One of my favourite animals when I was a child was the alligator, so I was quite happy to pet her!
