After a long break, we are very happy to be back participating in Sketch Tuesday! This week was a picture study and reproduction of a painting by John Singer Sargent called "Carnation, Lily, Lily, Rose".

We all spent a few minutes looking at the painting, and then went on to reproduce it. We all came up with the same idea to try to draw one of the lanterns.
