Festive Charlottetown

Celeste and I spent the afternoon in Historic Charlottetown today. Even without all the holiday lights on, there are many beautiful decorations to see. Great George Street is all decked out with Christmas trees. Each one looks different.

The tree closest to Province House has a recycling theme!

Look at that tree topper, and the garland made with the mason jar lids!

In front of the Basilica, a very sweet tree with a big silver bow.

Two more decorated trees.

Great George Street.

On Water Street, there is a little cafe we have fallen in love with...
Young Folk and the Kettle Black.

Inside the Confederation Centre of the Arts, this was our favourite tree.

We went inside the Confederation Court Mall to see Santa's home away from home.
He was away, probably at his workshop...Celeste checked his mailbox.

During the winter months, we tend to stay home more often but Charlottetown is a beautiful town and a pleasure to get around. Celeste and I agreed that we will make sure to go out regularly to enjoy it this winter, as much as we did during the summer and fall!
