Fog & Frost :: Mini Farm Weekend

We woke up one morning at our friends' house to discover a blanket of fog outside. I love fog. I am not sure why, but I always have. I grabbed my camera and a sweater and set out before anyone else was ready to go outside.

The quiet morning and the fog were so soothing. I clicked away with my camera. Soon, I realized that frost was covering everything. More happiness with my camera. Autumn is really beautiful. I hope you enjoy this collection of photos.

As the sun started breaking through the fog, the colours changed. What magic!

These made me think of little christmas trees decorated with thin garlands...

Nature is so inspiring and beautiful. The frost in the centre of the flower above looks like sugar to me. The spider webs covered everything, and I thought they were so artistic and magical.

"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Roald Dhal.

  1. This is magic! I love being able to see all of this through your lens. I can't even begin to count how many mornings I wondered the fields of NS in awe of the fog, frost, and webs! Love this!
