Robinson's Island is part of the Prince Edward Island National Park. We have visited this area before, which is just a little further west from Brackley Beach. You can see some photos at the bottom of this post: Sandcastles and Tide Pools.
This area has now a 5km multi-use trail that is a lot of fun for mountain bikes! Celeste and I visited the trail last week with our bikes. There are several bike challenges throughout the trail, like teeter totters and logs, and also enough space for hikers to enjoy the trail too.
There are really nice look out points and access to the beach. It would be really nice to bring along a picnic and enjoy the beach for a while or even sit on one of the Parks Canada comfortable red chairs...
Check out more information about this really fun trail system : Robinsons Island Trail System at Parks Canada.
