Last month, I completed the sweetest project for a customer. She had asked me to make a memory quilt using her baby Abigail's clothes. I used these for the top portion and some of her receiving blankets for the bottom.
It was a really fun quilt to make, choosing which part of the baby clothes to use and focus the patchwork on. The receiving blankets made for a really cozy and soft quilt. The baby's name and birth information were embroidered locally and I added that to the backing as well.
I also used one of my new labels made by Lamplight Studio.
I love how the whole project turned out and I think Abigail did too!
